Client Account Manager
Cheltenham/ Hybrid (2-3 days per week)
£40,000 – 50,000

You’ll be working for a leading digital agency who have a passion for digital marketing. They specialise in design, development, and branding.
We are looking for a Client Account Manager with solid experience of working within a creative environment. You’ll need t be passionate about the detail for this role!
You’ll be coming from at least 3 years of commercial experience in delivering website projects from a range of market sectors. You must be able to demonstrate how you have successfully delivered website projects on time and on budget and demonstrate knowledge of ecommerce.
You’ll be responsible for client relations and overseeing the delivery of brochure and ecommerce websites. You may be required to advise clients on their digital marketing and then liaise with your marketing team to help meet the clients’ requirements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing client relationships.
• Project Management of website builds.
• Monitoring timings vs budgets.
• Liaising with internal design, development, and marketing teams.
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Cross-selling of the company’s services to your clients.
