We’re looking for a Technical Support Administrator or Project Coordinator that’s coming from an engineering or manufacturing company in a similar role. You’ll be the point of contact for on-site Technicians to ensure requirements are addressed in a timely manner.
You’ll need to hit the ground running with:
- Administration of urgent Post Shipment requirements as identified by on-site technicians.
- Administration of Post Inspection parts/modifications and shipment to customer site.
- Preparation of Service Packs for Technician visits.
- Other Technician related admin tasks as agreed with Service Manager.
Longer term responsibilities will include:
- Assist with planning of Technician activities and resource allocations.
- Organisation of New Product Release training.
- Follow up technician visit reports.
- Action list creation and follow through to completion.
- Co-ordinate inspections.
- Co-ordinate machine dispatch and attend weekly dispatch meetings.
- Ensure machine master file documents are complete.
- Update tool kit issue register.
- Update/maintain relevance of test packs.
- Continuously improve technician processes and procedures.
- Update operations project folder.
