Wholesale & Marketplace Manager
Agilis Recruitment is seeking an ambitious, driven, and experienced professional to build a marketplace and wholesale strategy from the ground up for a leading luxury ecommerce business. This one-of-a-kind opportunity is ideal for someone with extensive expertise driving effective strategies and a strong desire to be a part of a market-leading brand.
- Developing and implementing a full marketplace and wholesale strategy for our UK market that is optimised for opportunities with our bestsellers as well as clearing slow-moving and redundant stock
- Building and maintaining relationships with marketplaces and wholesale customers
- Building the operational capability to support your strategy
- Setting and reaching ambitious revenue and margin goals
- Working in tandem with the product and merchandising team to ensure that stock levels and product collections are always fully optimised
What we’re looking for:
- Highly experienced wholesale and/or marketplace specialist with a proven track record in driving effective strategies and delivering sales targets.
- A passion for business.
- Someone with a number of existing contacts and marketplace/wholesale opportunities.
- Understanding of the operational capabilities required to deliver great wholesale and marketplace service to our customers.
- Great communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external teams.
- High energy, motivated to be the best at what you do, and eager to grow with the business.
- Retail experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
